30 July 2022

July 30th marks the World Day Against Trafficking in Persons.

Labor exploitation is the most common type of human trafficking. Today, every second young person plans to travel abroad in the next two years for employment and education, according to Oasis Kyrgyzstan.

Often young people work without contracts and labor agreements. This creates risks where they may suffer from labor exploitation. Do not be silent, let us know if you or your friends are faced with:
1) withdrawal of passports;
2) non-payment of wages;
3) subjected to constant psychological and physical violence.

Everyone can suffer from labor exploitation and illegal migration. It is important to ask for help on time.
