The Oasis Foundation organized the retreat school “Resilience” for over 20 vulnerable young people from the Chui region and the city of Bishkek. This retreat served as a supportive and educational platform where participants worked on their mental health, learned emotional management skills, and developed self-discipline and self-motivation.
The retreat program covered a variety of topics, including working with mindsets, overcoming emotions such as shame, aggression, and guilt, as well as training in healthy relationships and effective communication.
Throughout the event, participants learned about the importance of taking responsibility for their lives, how to support themselves in difficult situations, and how to combat harmful habits. All sessions aimed to build internal resilience among the participants, empowering them to navigate life’s challenges more effectively and be successful in achieving their goals.
