Every year in Kyrgyzstan, about 30% of care leavers become victims of labor exploitation and forced crime. According to a survey by Oasis Kyrgyzstan, almost 50% of care leavers from orphanages and other state institutions plan to leave the country in the next two years at the age of 17-18. We have a big task to protect young people and give them the necessary skills to protect themselves, to inform them about safe ways of employment and to tell them about their rights and opportunities
